Third-Party Interactions

Your interactions with third parties, including banks, suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies, remain your responsibility. We may assist with communications or documentation, but we do not assume responsibility for your business relationships or contractual obligations with others.

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services.

2. Dispute Resolution Procedures

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these terms:

3. Severability Clause

The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.

4. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ledger Pro regarding the use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

5. Waiver Provisions

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Ledger Pro.

6. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms or delegate any of our obligations without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.
